  • Inspection and testing of machinery (Quality Acceptance Tests & Site Acceptance Tests) to ensure the performance capacity of various systems and equipments.
  • Planning & organizing various activities based on their dependency & parallel execution to meet the commissioning time frame.

Technology Sourcing & Transfer

  • Identification of right technology developers, research organizations globally, and networking, negotiating the terms of reference for transfer to interested Indian Entities.
  • Supporting technology transfer agreements, pilot and scale-up implementation requirements
  • Specific focus on energy efficient, cost efficient and climate/environment friendly technology sourcing
